I need help I have IC interstital Cystitis does anyone know of a place where they have support mettings ?

A friend of mine was misdiagnosed with IC. In fact, I just spoke with her today and she just found out that she actually has MS. Apparently, the bladder problems can be a symptom of a lot of different things…she even had the procedure where they checked the walls of her bladder and they told her IC was what she had, but they were wrong. I guess if I had any advice to offer, it would be to possibly get a second opinion.
If you do have IC, apparently that procedure where they medicate your bladder can help. Then you will have physical therapy after the procedure because it hardens your bladder. It will take the pain away a bit. You should also change your diet to omit certain acidic foods. I guess I would think of it like a wound…you wouldn’t pour lemon juice on a wound…so you shouldn’t eat things like that – it could make it worse.
