Usually you don’t have to stay in the hospital at all.
Cysts on the ovaries are very common. There is even a condition calleds Polycystic Ovary Syndrome where you can have multiple cysts.
Doctors usually do not perform surgery on cysts unless there is a reason to think that they could be dangerous or cancerous. In that case, you would have to ask your doctor how long of a hospital stay is required.
Good luck!
