I personally find a half teaspoon in warm water of bicarbonate of soda helps. Twice a day

Have you tried macrodantin or septra? I’d talk with an herbalist or even an accupuncturist that does herbal treatments. My daughter has problems with her bladder and ureters and now she is on a low dose antibiotic everyday for the next 60 years or so to ward off the infections. Have you seen a urologist? I have an allergy to cranberries so cannot use them but I have started drinking Chai which is tea with spices in it and my cystitis has improved.
